1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phhoy ("phhoy," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phhoy.net ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phhoy Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phhoy Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The phhoy Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and is non-negotiable. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phhoy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The phhoy Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phhoy makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the phhoy Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Verification

phhoy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhoy account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phhoy immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phhoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

phhoy strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified phhoy of a security breach.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phhoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the phhoy Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phhoy does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phhoy aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. phhoy reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. phhoy reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

phhoy may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games, including but not limited to live dealer games and specific table games, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• phhoy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to bonuses where required; bonuses are not automatically applied.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phhoy Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to real-time monitoring.

Game-specific rules are published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.

phhoy reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome of a game. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance. phhoy's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhoy Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and phhoy's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to phhoy immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phhoy staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

phhoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phhoy Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phhoy may, at its sole discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where patterns of play suggest potential gambling harm, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions. This is done in the interest of player welfare and is not subject to appeal.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phhoy Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phhoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phhoy Platform without the prior written consent of phhoy. Unauthorized use of phhoy's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhoy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phhoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phhoy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phhoy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

phhoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phhoy complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phhoy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phhoy will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phhoy Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your phhoy account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance review) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

phhoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is detected; (c) required by a regulatory authority or court order; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to phhoy, other players, or the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, phhoy may forfeit the account balance.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact phhoy's support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.
